Booking Confirmation

• Please confirm your booking 1 month before the expected arrival date, through phone or email

• You need to pay our bill for your total stay plus any airport pickup / drop charges, on the day following your arrival. For any extra services that you obtain from us (eg: van hires / tours / spa treatments etc), you can settle them at those instances or at a time and manner both parties come to agreement with after discussion
  If for some reason you happened to cut short your stay with us, we will refund you the extra money
• All payments are invoiced in Euros. You can pay either in Euros or the equivalent amount in Sri Lankan Rupees

• We allow flexible check-in or check-out times

Please ensure you have provided us your correct flight information (including arrival time, carrier and the mobile phone number you will be using upon arrival) at least 5 days prior to the date of arrival. We cannot be held responsible if the correct details have not been provided within this timeframe. We ask you to send us your flight details by email or text-message on our mobiles.

If you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked leaving date, we will definitely accommodate such a request, subject to availability. If an extension is not possible, we will endeavor to find you a similar alternative for you.

Cancellation Policy

We request you to be kind enough to inform us as soon as possible if you have to cancel the booking. If your cancellation is due to an issue related to us, we will be more than happy to discuss and provide you with a workable solution.

Note : In the event of an emergency, we reserve the right to cancel accommodation with or without prior notice.

Curtailment

• If you have to cut short your stay at Villa König for some reason, we will facilitate same with no penalty as we always lookout for the best interest of our valuable guests

• Our liability is no more than the money we have received from you
• Under no circumstances can Villa König be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss, misadventure, delay or accident which may happen during your stay, or as a result of activities you have taken part in during your stay, or whilst travelling to and from the villa or loss of property
• All damages and breakages caused by the guest must be paid for by the guest directly
• Any travel information given such as information on buses/trains, walking times and distances are given in good faith and are approximations
• Reasonable behavior is expected at all times during your stay
